As Centre Manager, Scarlett oversees the running of the building and leads her team to deliver the highest Customer Service standards for the clients whilst supporting other operational tasks such as processing, billing, and building maintenance. With a strong Customer Service background, she enjoys being a team player with clients being at the forefront of her day to-day.  Scarlett has several years’ experience in the flex office industry and has built up a good rapport with clients, old and new.  She especially enjoys conducting viewings for potential clients and being able to show off our beautiful building in Bath.

Scarlett loves the gym and enjoys challenging herself with new goals and is always on the lookout for her next fitness challenge.  She enjoys long walks with her three beloved dogs, her favourite walking companions.

Scarlett also likes to read, listen to music (whilst breaking out a few dance moves!) and enjoys getting lost in a Netflix series.
