Podium has always been open to clients tailoring their office space to suit their needs and branding, but we are now excited to offer an in-house design service to help you create the perfect workspace for your business. Whether you aspire to a colour scheme to reflect your company branding or prefer a calming, home from home space, the Podium design team is on hand to bring you an office space that ticks all your boxes, working within a budget set by you.
The explosion in popularity of hybrid working means that for many companies, the traditional desk per person format no longer meets business needs.
Whilst still providing core furniture such as desks and chairs included in the monthly fee, our team can advise you on the right layout and configuration for the way your people work. Hot desk zones, breakout areas, private meeting rooms, brainstorming walls – anything is possible, and it won’t cost as much as you might think. A bespoke colour scheme and breakout area could cost from as little as £1500, which you can choose to pay up front or spread the cost over your contract term. And of course, any bespoke items you purchase are yours to keep.
Once you have signed an office contract with Podium you can request an introductory call with our designer who will find out more about your business, how your people work and run through your ideas and budget. Your bespoke office may include additional furniture, full or partial redecoration and flooring, as well as plants, artwork and accessories. You will receive an initial sample board within seven days, with a list of all products and costs. All decorating and refurbishment works are carried out by one of our trusted suppliers, with the onsite teams on hand to project manage the upgrade, ensuring that your bespoke office is ready for you to move in and start work on the first day of your contract.
