Marwa joined Podium in 2022 as a Customer Service Manager at our Ealing centre, before being promoted to Centre Manager of Podium’s Ealing & Chiswick locations in May 2023.A further promotion took Marwa to the City, to manage our Longcroft House centre in October 2023.

With 8 years customer service experience before joining Podium, Marwa is passionate about creating communities within her centres.  By hosting regular client events such as cultural celebrations , the famous Ealing Cross brunches and sporting events like the recent football world cup, Marwa has developed a great relationship with her clients who all get fully involved in Podium life.

In her spare time Marwa is passionate about Modest Fashion, social media, travelling and loves spending time with family.
