Perfect for interviews, pitches, team meetings, board meetings, training and events, all of Podium’s meeting rooms in Chalgrove have contemporary decor and are equipped with air conditioning and state of the art AV equipment such as 4K TV screens and Click Share.  Our professional and friendly reception team are there to greet your visitors and ensure the smooth running of your event.

Meeting rooms 1-3 are all boardroom style and are best suited for interviews and meetings for up to 16 people.  The roomy training room accommodates up to  16 people in horseshoe style but up to 50 theatre style and can be used for larger meetings, presentations, product launches and other events.

 

Each room is also equipped with whiteboard, flip chart and stationary and plentiful filtered water.  Breakout areas and lounges are available and a range of refreshment options can be pre-ordered, or step out to the on park cafe or picnic area for your lunch break.

Monument Business Park is located near the village of Chalgrove, south east of Oxford, and has excellent road links with its close proximity to the M40 and A34 as well as being a short distance from Oxford Parkway Station.
