Each quarter our teams vote on the Podium Award, given to a broker, client or team member who consistently demonstrates Podium’s values of People, Pride & Partnerships.
This quarter it was the turn of the client award, and we received nominations from every centre for clients who are true partners and whose contribution makes their centre a better place to be. Our two deserving winners were Quality Conveyancing at Ealing Cross and Scale Digital at 7 Carlisle Street, Soho.
Ealing centre manager Reuben Francis was quick to nominate Quality Conveyancing, saying, “we’ve built such a great partnership with Quality Conveyancing over time. Every time they walk through the door, they bring a real sense of warmth and friendliness; they always say hello with a smile, and they’ve built amazing relationships with both our staff and their fellow clients. Their presence really does brighten up the office.
They go above and beyond in so many ways—whether it’s turning up to every one of our in-house events or adding thoughtful little extras for our clients. They’re always happy to help and never hesitate to get involved, creating such a good environment in the centre.”
Soho based digital acquisition agency, Scale Digital, were nominated for their flexibility and support of the Podium team, even working with us to move offices to help accommodate not just their needs but that of a new Podium client.
London General Manager Mark Dalton says, “the Scale Digital team have always supported us by advocating Podium to their own suppliers and clients, even leaving Google reviews. They really appreciate how we, as operators, respond promptly to issues if and when they arise, always ensuring strong communication, even outside of normal working hours. Their flexibility and support makes for a really positive, long term working partnership.”
We gifted the Quality Conveyancing team a luxury Fortnum & Mason hamper, and for Scale Digital our choice was a voucher for a local restaurant to treat the team to a meal out, both of which were really well received.
