At Podium we work hard to nurture relationships with our brokers, and recognise those that pull out all the stops to make sure they are matching us with the most suitable leads, working hard to get those viewings booked in.
Each quarter our teams vote on the Podium Award, given to a broker, client or team member who consistently demonstrates Podium’s values of People, Pride & Partnerships, and in September it was the turn of the broker.
Operations Director Candy Woodington says of the broker award, “We always enjoy giving an award to one of our brokers, as it isn’t always the broker with whom we have converted the most leads. We really appreciate those brokers who work hard on our behalf and keeps persevering, even if they haven’t been lucky enough to get a deal over the line.”
It was Oxford area manager, Natasha Turner’s nomination for Terry Byrne at Office Freedom who came out on top of the three worthy nominations. Natasha has always valued Terry’s responsiveness and commitment to seeing through any lead, however big or small. She says, “I’ve been working with Terry for many years and appreciate his honesty and feedback on each enquiry. When a lead comes through from Terry I am confident that the partnership between broker, supplier and client will be honest, transparent and in the best interest of all. I’m so delighted he won this award.”
To present the award in person, Natasha journeyed up to the Big Smoke to drop in on Terry to give him his award and prize, along with some donuts for the rest of the Office Freedom team. Never one to miss out on a social, she was joined by Lee, our London sales manager who was only too happy to go and chat with the lovely folk at OF.
Needless to say, Terry was delighted to receive this recognition is looking forward to spending his voucher!
